License Agents

Leech Lake Department of Management has seven License Agents throughout the reservation that issue Leech Lake Reservation permits to eligible applicants.

The licensing agents listed below sell most LLR permits, including:

  • hunting
  • bough harvesting
  • wild rice harvesting
  • personal use fishing - angling, spearing, personal use netting

with the exception of:

  • commerical minnow
  • commercial leeching
  • commercial rough fish netting
  • additonal deer tags

These items are available at the DRM office in Cass Lake
