Facilities Management

Our mission is to provide safe, clean and properly functioning building and grounds of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe facilities and property for guests and staff.

Facilities Management is responsible for over 27 of Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe buildings and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Cleaning services

• Maintenance services - including; electrical, plumbing, carpets, assembling office furniture, and more
• Schedule community center use for community members
• Provide tables and chairs for employees and community members
• We are responsible for payment of all utility bills for these buildings

Documents Requested

• Forms are submitted when work/equipment/building is requested.
• To use a Community Center you must submit the form for that center.
• To work in the Facility Center after hours you must fill out an After Hours Request Form.
• To use Equipment you must submit the Equipment Use Form.
• To request a work order you must fill out the Work Order Form.

Intake Procedure

• Walk-in or call for more information.
• Request and fill out the form specific to your needs.
• Hand deliver or fax form to Facilities Management Office.
• Forms are processed in the order in which they are received.

Facilities Management is responsible for maintenance of all LLBO buildings and grounds.

After Hours Request

To work in the Facility Center after hours you must fill out an After Hours Request Form.

Community Center Use

To use a Community Center you must submit the form for that center (see below for forms).

Community Center Terms of Agreement

Groups or individuals making requests will be held responsible for conduct, adherence to allotted time, clean-up and any damages. Children MUST be supervised at all times and security must be provided for large groups of children. Individuals requesting use of the building must be at least 18 years of age. Requests are subject to adjustment and review. Reservation Business and Community Councils have priority over other area. Wakes and/or funerals will be given first priorities - no exceptions

Equipment Use

To use Equipment you must submit the Equipment Use Form.

Funeral Reservation for Community Centers

To reserve a community center for a funeral, please fill out the Funeral Reservation Form.

Work Order

To request a work order you must fill out the Work Order Form.
